By downloading or using Tallymile you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Licence
Tallymile is licensed to you, not sold, under Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Where these terms and that agreement conflict, Apple’s agreement governs the licence and these terms govern everything else.
Not tax advice
Tallymile is a record-keeping tool. It does not provide tax, legal or accounting advice. The standard mileage rates in the app are published rates that we bundle for convenience; they may change, and a rate for a future period may not be available yet. You decide the business purpose of each drive and you are responsible for the accuracy of your records and of any tax return or reimbursement claim. Consult a qualified tax professional about your situation.
Detection is not guaranteed
Automatic detection depends on your iPhone, its permissions and settings, signal, battery state and iOS itself. Tallymile cannot guarantee that every drive will be recorded or that distances, times and places will be exact. Please review your log and correct it where needed. Drives estimated from motion history are labelled as estimated.
Free and paid features
Tallymile is free to download, with unlimited automatic logging and reports for the current month. Tallymile Pro unlocks further features. Pro is offered as an auto-renewing yearly subscription (which may include a free trial), an auto-renewing monthly subscription, and a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices and any trial are shown in the App Store in your local currency before you buy, and may change.
Subscriptions and free trial
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase, or when the free trial ends.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it is forfeited when you buy a subscription, and the subscription begins when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before.
- Manage or cancel in iOS Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
- If a subscription ends, your data stays, detection and classification remain free, and Pro features lock.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app, reverse engineer it except as the law allows, or use it to record information you know to be false. Do not use it in a way that distracts you while driving. Please drive safely and do not operate the app while driving.
Intellectual property
Tallymile, its design, code and original content belong to Eutopix Labs P.S.A. or its licensors. Your data remains yours.
Availability and changes
Features may change as the app and iOS evolve. We may update these terms; material changes are reflected in a revised effective date.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tallymile is provided “as is” without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded. Eutopix Labs is not liable for missed or inaccurate drives, lost deductions, tax penalties, disallowed claims, indirect or consequential losses, or decisions you make relying on the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or your mandatory consumer rights.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection law of the country where you live.
